The Lake Forest Parks & Recreation Department (LFPRD) and Lake Forest Lacrosse Association (LFLA) have partnered to build the most robust and successful Boys Lacrosse program in Lake Forest and Lake Bluff. This partnership allows players with talent and interest to continue to play and develop their lacrosse abilities in a seamless manner between both organizations, leading up to play at the High School level.

Flips Gymnastics is a fully equipped gymnastics facility offering quality instruction for boys and girls (ages 6 months to 17 years). We have two in-ground trampolines, an in-ground tumble trak, three loose foam pits, a separate bar gym, and a large viewing room. It is our goal to encourage each child to learn at their own individual pace and have a blast while doing so!
Traditional Karate is a martial art which emphasizes the principles and applications of a weaponless self-defense through the use of total body dynamics and mental discipline. Students will constantly strive for technical excellence and the enhancement of one's character.
Taekwondo is a 2000-year-old martial art, offering a variety of benefits for people of all ages and abilities. Students have the opportunity to improve concentration and self-esteem, achieve lifelong physical fitness, and learn self-defense. Classes are taught under the direction of Grand Master Ki Hong Kim (8th Dan World Tae Kwon Do Federation).
Club Momentum VOLLEYBALL
Club Momentum Volleyball is designed to introduce athletes to the sport of volleyball in a FUN, non-competitive environment. Participants can expect to work on all of the various skill aspects of volleyball - passing, setting, serving, hitting - all in an environment designed to foster confidence! Participants will play on a lower net with a lighter volleyball with activities designed to move from skill to skill quickly to keep participants engaged and active. Drills will incorporate cardiovascular exercise, hand-eye coordination, and plyometric.

NATIONAL ARCHERY IN SCHOOLS PROGRAM (NASP) (8Y+)
This series of classes will focus on Archery safety, eye dominance, range rules, scoring, and Archery etiquette. Skill development will be achieved through engagement in fun events, repetition, and certified instruction. People of all ages are encouraged to sign up.
