At Lake Forest Dance Academy, the Performance Companies provide dancers with the opportunity to strengthen their dance technique, perform within the community, and compete regionally, all within a nurturing environment. The goal of LFDA's Performance Companies is to foster a love for the performing arts, create lasting relationships with fellow dancers, and develop valuable skills that dancers can carry with them in their future. Members of our companies have the chance to learn and perform choreography from highly credited directors and guest artists throughout the season. Casting for these groups are held annually in May and are open to all dancers who are wanting to improve their skills, build friendships, and share in the love of dance. The Performance Companies of LFDA are directed by Valerie Gonzalez, Denita Inez, Jenna Jozefowski, Hannah Liddicoat, Sofia Puterbaugh, and Hilliary Vaccarello.
