Kinderhaven is a Reggio-Inspired Preschool where children learn creativity, individuality, independence, community service, interactions, and exploration. Parents love low student-to-teacher ratio, classes for 2 1/2 years old to 5 1/2 years old, vacations same as Lake Forest School District 67, licensed by the State of Illinois, educating children with compassion and respect, plus a peanut free facility.

This class supports the child's early learning experience away from his or her primary caregiver through exploration of art materials, development of verbal and interactive skills, and creating projects that promote his or her interests. The Purple class meets Tuesdays and Thursdays and is designed for children 2 1/2 years of age by September 1.
Intellectual development, curiosity, social skill development, and school related skill development are the primary focus of the Blue Class. Developing a love of learning will make going to Kindergarten a joy! The Blue Class meets Monday, Wednesday, Friday is designed for children 3 years of age by September 1.
A continuation of intellectual development, curiosity, social skill development, and school-related skill development occurs in the Red Class. Developing a love of learning will make going to Kindergarten a joy! The Red Class meets Monday through Thursday and is designed for children 4 years of age by September 1.
This is a class of fun and exploration, which allows students to get more in depth with distinct subject areas like science, art, literature, geography, history, and much more! Developed around the Reggio philosophy, the children's interests will spark exciting and fascinating projects! Have your child bring a peanut free snack and their lunch for a morning of fun!
