We offer over 35 different group exercise classes each week for all ages and abilities. Classes include Cycling, Cardio, Yoga, TRX, Strength, and more!
- Maximum capacity of 10 members per class.
- Reservations required 1 day in advance for 1 class at a time. Please call 847-810-3932 to reserve your spot.
- Masks are to be worn by instructors and members at all times.
- Members are to come through the Fitness Center doors, check in at the front desk, get a class pass and make your way to the gymnasium.
Participants can now purchase the convenient annual All Access Pass or an individual drop-in pass for all non-registration classes. All passes must be purchased prior to the beginning of class at the Fitness Desk.
