On Saturday, July 13, the Lake Forest Fitness Center is opening its doors to the community for FREE in celebration of Unplug Illinois Day!

This special event encourages residents to disconnect from digital devices and reconnect with friends, family, and the great outdoors.

• Check out our state-of-the-art fitness equipment and meet our friendly staff.
• Whether you're a seasoned fitness enthusiast or just looking for a fun way to stay active, this is the perfect opportunity to explore what the Lake Forest Fitness Center has to offer. 
• Don’t miss out on this chance to enhance your wellness and join the community in celebrating a day of unplugged fun. 
• Open from 7 am - 3 pm. 
• Group Exercise classes are not included. 
• Kids 14-17 must have a parent sign a waiver.
